TASS ADRS STRATEGY

( cont.1

• Cornerstone of ADRS mission success is the
identification of resources needed and the
completion of Cross Component Resourcing NOUs for
the following:

- Equipment

- Facilities

-Certified instructors

- Location/time/date needed

-Flexibility and cooperation between all three
Compos

• Look at Distance Learning (DL) courseware
development schedule for the Phase I MOS courses
needed and re-prioritize master priority list to
ensure needed DL courses are completed as
required .

CACI ITRM

• ITRM is a DA initiative to capture the "true
cost" of individual training and readiness.

• CACI is the DA contractor building ITRM.

• ITRM is a POI-based automated accounting
system, with "what if ?" capabilities

• ITRM will be used to fund ADRS and is a
"key system" in future DA funding decisions.

• Cooperation with CACI staff on inputs to
ITRM modules is critical to each MACOM.
